Home prices vary within the guarded gates of this community, but typically are between $100,000 and $200,000. The Promenade at the Meadows Home Owner's Association requires a $205 monthly fee to cover management, recreation facilities and security.

A clubhouse and pool are available to all residents that reside in these single family homes and townhomes. Freestanding homes at the Promenade average between 1,809 to 2,286 square feet and are all single story, Villas range from 1,258 to 1,695 square feet. All homes have a 2 car garage.

The Promenade at the Meadows retirement community is conveniently located 3 minutes off I-95. This allows residents easy access to McCarran Airport and the Las Vegas Strip in 15 minutes. There are several dining and entertainment destinations in close proximity to the Promenade including the Best Western Casino Royale, Red Lobster, Pop's Philly Steakhouse, and Port of Subs. The Meadows Mall is a popular shopping area located only minutes from this community.
