Sterling Silver Springs is an unique age restricted community in Las Vegas where most of the 241 residences are arranged in cul-de-sacs of 8 homes. This community offers stunning views at an elevation of approximately 1,620 feet above sea level. The community features include a pool with spa, clubhouse and exercise room. The Home Owner's Association fees for the Silver Springs Association are $90 to $110 monthly and include the guarded gate, maintenance of the grounds and access to community amenities.

There are 2 golf courses available for residents at Sterling Silver Springs. The Wildhorse Golf Club designed by Lee Schmidt and Brian Curley, occupies the northern border of Silver Springs and The Legacy Golf and Country Club designed by golf course architect Arthur Hills is your southern neighbor.

Green fees for Wildhorse Golf Club range from $30 to $59 while green fees for The Legacy Golf Club vary throughout the year but are about $100 to $155. In the past, Wildhorse has offered an annual pass, however they are currently under new management and have not released 2014 membership rates. The Legacy Golf Course offers a platinum membership that gives you complimentary golf play (cart fee applies), access to invitation only events, special discounts and more. The platinum membership requires a $500 one-time initiation fee and a $200 monthly payment. Both of these golf courses have popular restaurants like Terrace on the Greens (open 7 days a week for breakfast and lunch from 10am to 2pm) and The Legacy Golf Restaurant.
